Discussion thread for the BMW 1 Series
Yes, those are really nice cars!
Had the chance to drive a few of them over the years. By far the most fun was the 130i with the M Sport package.
One of the best moments with my pants still on!
Sad moment when I had to take it back and got into my own little 116i.
130i is slower than the 120d prepared of BMW MotorSport (
What do you guys think of this BMW 1 model?
wow, very nice, i saw in on in real and i look like a sportcar, an m3 serie, very nice
The Tii concept is awesome!!
Dads got a 120D M Sport, i drove it and had to change me pants after! lol But alot of fun especially with TC turnt off!
One of my friends got 130i - crazy car. 3 litre engine for it's weight and size is a dangerous mixture )))
But another one got 335i with chip tunned - and it's much more crazy )))
135i with diff lock added would be an awesome car. Shame these are still very expensive. Have to buy one when prices comes near 20k€ here..practically never.
That will not happen lol! We Paid around £25,000 with some extras. And thats only the 177Bhp 2.0 Litre Engine! They are a expensive car but your paying for the engineering and build quality that BMW gives you!
And after you purchase one you will be paying the salary of the mechanics too
LOL yea wouldnt suprise me also why im trying to get into BMW Apprentiships!
I'll take one!
So i would i mate
Hartge BMW 135i - I love this car
I love this CAR!!!!!
BECKINGEN, Germany — After showing us what it could do with the BMW 1 series aerodynamically and inside the cabin, Hartge has taken it one step further and released its final treatment for the sporty, pint-size Bimmer.
The main event of the Hartge tune is the ECU upgrade that squeezes 44 more horses out of the 3.0-liter twin-turbo inline-6, bringing total power to 350 horsepower and 354 pound-feet of torque. That means the 135i has a 0-60-mph time that is a half-second faster at less than 4.8 seconds, and it can now reach a top speed of 174 mph.
The exterior features a bold body kit with front and rear diffusers, side skirts and rear roof and deck lid spoilers. The addition of Hartge's Classic 2 multi-spoke wheels and lowering the suspension by an inch also help give the vehicle a sportier stance.
A three-spoke leather steering wheel, aluminum pedals and a new instrument cluster are some of the options offered to spice up the interior.
A fully loaded BMW 135i with this treatment will cost the equivalent of $70,832 plus tax. All of the modifications are also available separately.
