You need to download both files, first clean all then install drivers and then control panel.

Youre welcome, be sure you clean it well, and be sure you use the defautl windows drivers when you install the new ones, you can search the registry for old ati links and delete them.

Very strange, can you open regedit and search for "reactivate" see if it has his own registry keys.

Did you use the driversweeper to remove all old shit and did a reboot?

Did you also remove the old Control Panel with Programs and features?

I did some further reasearch and found this:

Making changes to the Color aspect found in the Catalyst™ Control Center without applying the changes may result in the Reactivate ATI color controls button remaining active after the Catalyst™ Control Center is closed and then re-launched.

So try to make changes in colors and see if the button can be used.

In tonight's League race I got minidumped, luckily just after i crossed the finish line. Could this be down to new Graphics drivers?

    ATI Catalyst 9.6

ATI has released the Catalyst 9.6 graphics drivers for the HD2000 series and newer under Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7.

The changes in this version include performance improvements in Company of Heroes, Crysis, Crysis Warhead and World in Conflict, and a range of bug fixes.

I won't try them. Since I formatted and installed Win7 last month I finally got rid of the display driver crashes and I don't want to mess it up again :)
