Hiya, I am glad that the truck handles better! These trucks are pretty quick, especially when the bed is empty. I mean it's no Porsche Cayenne...lol! but they are quick. The way Racer has the "fake-wheel drive" its easy to make the vehicles faster-as the .ini is set up the four wheels are pulling and pushing the vehicle along, so I think it divides the mass in half and therefore it'll drive faster. I know that one of the RSC'ers would have a 4wd set up like "power_gear=0.25" to try and "reduce" the amount of torque given to the front wheels. If this one is too fast-I could try to reduce it that way. Or I could increase the reaction time of the torque....or something !
I like it as is, but then again I like big quick trucks-lol!!

I'm working on the reverse lights and the headlights and interior lights. i should have them done by tomorrow.

thank you for your modification. it really does handle more realistically, and i do myself, own a 2009 Silverado 4 spd 5.3, and it is not exactly "quick", but it feels quick because it's an awesome sounding motor. however, i see you changed the year from 2011 to 2010, it's supposed to be a 2011 because it's "facelifted" but it's a minor thing. thanks!

well unfortunately i'm going to have to wait to another day finish it. i didn't get it done today as hoped. I'm working on the flares.

I am sorry I switched years. Having seen some with the Xenon style headlights, I thought it was the 2010 truck.
I am glad that you liked my improvements...
I am still fine-tuning my '05 F-150.....wish me luck! It's me I think more than the truck...I just want it to handle/react like the real ones....:wink:
BTW, I have the '08 GMC Sierra, I think it was a beta ( I think you are in the credits).....did that one ever get finished?

Ok, i got the lights finished. sorry i don't have shots, racers screenshot thing is not working. Anyway here are some new features:

F12 to take screenshot mate, and the in dump folder, transform it from tga to jpeg.

i did that, like i said, it didn't work, there were no images in the dump folder after taking a shot. i switched back to 8.2

got images!

i finally got the shots. it turned out it was my keyboard and that i forgot to put the f lock on lol... silly me!

thanks so very much for the improvements guys, it's really making my truck look nice, and Cobra, the projector lights are actually just K2Motor aftermarket halo lights, but i made it look like they were part of the "facelift".

i will be updating the link on the first page with the new and improved V2. with Big D's lights and Cobra's fantastic new .ini. thanks for the help and your names are in the car.ini credits!
