Few fixes

Hi guys, thanks for the feedback, didn't realise how horrible the last version was as my save file corrupted, but ive gone into the files and changed some of the values. Seems you either have too much track vibration or too little so until I can get my head around whats going on Im uploading a new, less strong package, the gear changes are still strong, but the tarmac vibrations aren't, if anyone wants to play around with the settings and manages to get a good feedback then let me know so i can use yours to play on :D
