Thank you very much
Always used your mod and I am a big fan of your work mate. Assetto Corsa looks absolutely awesome with your mod. Unfortunately I can't keep graphics at Ultra anymore because I own a Rift and I am forced to set many graphic settings to medium or low to be able to run it Multiplayer with 90fps, even Post Process effects I need to turn it off.. Also not sure if the Sweet FX you use in your mod works with Rift. Would be a good improvement in image quality if it works since Rift image is a bit blurry. Also with Rift on, the only loadable pp effects is the default, so it wont recognize your mod. I am glad for you keep up the pace and for your effort to make such great add on to my favorite game, congratulations.

cheers mate! That's a shame only the default filter runs on the RIft, didnt know that and hope they change it for when I can afford one. If you wanted to bump up the sharpening in sweetfx open the .txt file in the sweetfx folder and up the lumasharpen settings :)
Good idea on fixing the light for the clouds. I like this combo of weather/ppfilter, but the problem that made it 4/5 instead of 5/5 atm for me is that the clouds are almost bright white not showing the great details they have. Also the windscreen when the sun hits it (thanks to the dirt) makes it almost impossible to see through (worse at lower sun levels like morning/afternoon).

My own combo (tweaks on other peoples weather/ppfilter) are bright but with clouds showing full details and the windscreen dirt isnt blocking the view + shadows are really full/dark which is nice. So it IS possible to get it perfect. Just gotta keep on tweaking. :) I like yours more since it have more nuance overall. Its just the too bright clouds and too much dirt showing on the windscreen, and if fixed equals 5/5 superb combo.

Thank you.

Thanks for the review. The dirt thing is a little difficult to fix unfortunately but yeah I know the cloud's arent quite right. Annoyingly it takes forever to adjust them to get the detail to pop while preventing any sharp contrasts in the sky that then ruin it and take away from the realism. I will keep working at it though.
One easy fix you can try however is dropping the auto exposure target on the filter if you dont mind the overall look being a bit darker. That should get rid of some of the glare so help with the dirty windscreen plus underexpose the clouds so their detail stands out more. :)
Thanks man!!
my new fav filter + clouds, looks bit more natural than Natural Graphics mod, easy to install/uninstall, no cost in fps

well done, congrats to author

That's great to hear! Have finally started hitting a wall on what i can improve really as pretty happy with the colours and lighting now. If Kunos give us more tools to play with in updates however there couuld be further improvements to be made! :)
OH YEAH !!!
Overall great! Though I thought the bright bits are a bit too bright. Never modded anything in my life but thought I'd tinker with this one.I lowered the max exposure and increased the min exposure. Now, I'm getting better detail in bright colors while keeping the bright overall look. The next thing I'd like to do is make the shadows a bit brighter if possible. Though I've no idea how to do that.

Ambient lighting in the weather files will certainly help if your having a go. My next thing to work on is brightness levels across all weather conditions so i'll be tinkering with what you've done along with what I suggested and will release in next update :)

Thanks once again for the review :)
Thx Bro ! ! !
Thanks
I was using Immersive before and, although it can look very good, it's also inconsistent due to its auto-exposure. This one however is another story. Almost perfect out-of-the-box in any condition. I'm using it with Sol's reccommended settings + ExtraFX enabled on interior cameras (except Motion Blur) + 4 ReShade shaders for a small tweak (personal preference)
It's absolutely flawless.
any ETA with update, please?
i miss my fave preset...

Next time i'm going to have enough spare time on my hands is over Christmas i'm afraid so will have to use NGM or something similar until then im afraid
Thanks a lot for taking the time to update. I think it's simply the best filter so far, with the perfect balance between brilliant colors and realism.
I'm glad you found the time and the desire to upgrade your fantastic weather

I was quite satisfied with the "vanilla" AC graphics but finally I've tried using your mod - and I must admit it's a great improvement. Very well done.

Thanks very much :)
Absolutely amazing, as usual. Great graphic mod, and constantly upgraded. Wagnum, i think you miss to put the "content" folder in "Wagnum Weather". Please check this, I've had to create a folder by myself, then JSGME works correctly, and your weather folder was on the right place. Keep it up friend. Thanks!
Soooo many updates but i think you nailed it here. Only thing i could wish for now is a "dusk" or "twilight" setting (which is available out there) built into this.

Thank you for this fine mod sir!

Have still made further adjustments since as noticed a few dodgy minor bits here and there with colouring and lighting, plus one of the cloud textures needed a bit of work so have tidied that up as well. Could always give a "twilight" weather a go which would obviously be just offline, just depends on if achievable with the same filter as want to keep it simple so people dont have to keep having to change things over depending on what they are doing :)
