- Added new version for the drops falling from the sky, slope, size but with speed movement, and scattering of heavy rain (TYPE 1 Improvements Rain fall Movement)

best option according to my opinion
fix the direction of the drops in the curve was not possible, then I returned the tilt effect but gave the improved rainfall in heavy rain drops fall in a more varied way, but only in heavy rain in option 1

- Added improvements to the drops falling from the sky, inclination, size (choose Install Improvements Rain Fall Leaning)

gives a good improvement in the visualization of sprays on track in replay mode, and slope of the rain, to one side only, since the beginning of the race, and increased the amount of drops of water puddles, with more realistic droplets also
