Short point-to-point testing track 1.0

The goal of this very short track is to make app testing for point-to-point tracks much faster.

As AC was originally developed for circuit racing the timing features on point-to-point tracks are not great; many timing apps will malfunction as some tricks are needed to work around the game's limitations.

In-game a car's position on the track refers to the 'spline' or 'AI line' which goes from 0 to 1; on circular tracks 0 & 1 are supposedly on the same position being the start/finish line.

On A-B tracks the start position will typically look like this example (JCRR's Puech Arnal):

With the large purple dot being spline position = 0 and the red dots indicating start & finish line positions. (Several A-B tracks do have the finish set on spline position 1.0)

AFAIK the game engine cannot tell the start/finish positions; the only way to detect them is driving across and registering position when the laptimer starts or stops running.

The AI line in this track is a straight line with the startline at position 0.013077634386718273, the stopline at 0.9781138300895691
