You have 3 files, one for each driver/co-driver, so you must choose only one and install it:
Erwin Weber/Manfred Hiemer - SeatSport96_ErwinWeber_P.pak
Chus Puras/Carlos del Barrio - SeatSport96_ChusPuras_P.pak
Harri Rovanperä/Juha Repo - SeatSport96_HarriRovanpera_P.pak
To install the mod, just copy the .pak file to EA SPORTS WRC\WRC\Content\Paks folder; To uninstall, just delete the same file.
