manually Installation:
- download Theme
- open zip file with double click
- copy the folder “launcher” to
..\Steam\SteamApps\common\assettocorsa\
- zip-File can be deleted

Activation in Game:
- Starts Assetto Corsa
- use key Ctrl + T -> Theme selection menu appears
- Choose "Schwarzbierbude (SBB) 0.4.3 (AC 1.4)"

at Kuno's update for AC Menu, I as soon as possible provide fixes
