1000 % Test version

Released a 1000 % test version.

The light can be made even brighter, but there would need to be something done to the engine bloom, as that scales with the light.

very WIP version, tell me what you think and i will work on it more.

As for the effect astro wanted, i think i might have achieved what you want, for the effect to me more noticable, the headlights need to be more blue.

2 New "Realistic" versions. 110% brightness increase for all versions.

New update, tell me what you think of the "Realistic" versions.
I probably wont update this unless someone gives me a RGB colorcode that they want inplemented.
