Realistic Grip Levels for monaco 1.0

I changed the grip levels to more realistic values.
Now realistic laptimes can be driven.

I have tested the mod with different cars and it is now verry close to real life laptimes.
F1 1991
F1 2004
F1 2017 - but i'm still not fast enough for Kimi's laptime
