Realistic Grip Levels for acu_interlagos 1.0

I changed the grip levels to more realistic values.
Now realistic laptimes can be driven.
This is for the Interlagos Brazil acu_interlagos version.

This update offers more grip than the original files.

I have tested the mod with different cars and it is now verry close to real life laptimes.

Backup your original files in case you don't like it or you want to race online.
