Optimizations in performance and engine wear

Hello,
change in 2.1:
- Sauber a little bit slower
- Williams adjust aero
- Mclaren a little bit more power(engine) and aero adjust
- Ferrari minimal slower( maybee 1 tenth)
- reduce engine wear to have the same power like AI at the end of 100% race, cause engine wear not affecting AI

Update 2.0
- rewrite new engines to get AI drive more like this season -AI top 10 now more closer (take results data from China GP)
- Take last GP ( China) as template( see pictures)
- Lot of changes in cars physics to simulate new speed

Update1.1 change
-Laptimes are closer to real
-AI´s performance now closer together
-Top speeds more real

-Car physics changes
-engine power and limiter
-mass values
- fuel consumption adjusted for new engines
- adjusted tyre grip
- adjusted brake values

Don´t forget, the mod only works if you don´t do fast forward
or skip session, otherwise the game generate the laptimes from 2015
