Updated for latest 64 bit experimental branch;
Removed timer before automatically loading saves.

Updated for game version with new wheels(but it should work on current main branch too);
Now if you want change wheels - after change you need save game;
Now GUI available only after plugin will be loaded, approximately 20 seconds after loading game save;
Fixed bug, when plugin work not correct if you not have buyed all wheels.
