more daylight looking singapore\Baku Lighting changes

Hi,
this is my last update now I´m off for a month. I have completely reworked singapore that it looks more like a day track. I can nothing do on the colourful lightmaps on some buildings. It looks now more like a real day track.

Changes with the update:
singapore day:

- more realistic sky colour
- complete changed windowslight
- all colours for buildings changed
- new refletion maps for realistic window reflections
- delete pirelli logo on barrier
- lighting with some effects
- changed background texture
- reworked lighting

korea:
little lighting changes

texas:
little lighting changes
