better skylighting, better effects more details

Hi,

this is update 2.1.

With update 2.1 the skylighting looks more real, the shadows are darker end the effects looking better. I´m using new mipmapping for the effects and reducing all artifacts in the textures.

I have made new materials for the cars of ferrari, williams, sauber, manor racing, haas for krisdix and krsskos cars. I have problems with krisdix cars with lensflares. The lensflares are very low on this cars. The manor racing cars lookink more like mettallic cars now.

The tracks singapore, bahrain have a better nightlighting and more detail.

- sepang
- monza
- melbourne
- montreal
- suzuka
- hockenheim

all f1 2013 tracks
I can´t nothing do for Estoril and Imola
and the heavy detail is back. In the last version I have copied older files to the lighting update. You can see this on all tracks

- Lighting is optimized for dimitr sorokins tyres and krisdix or krsskos cars.

You can use the update with the season mods of krisdix or krsskos

I have changed the basic lighting in the frontendfolderr and the tracksfolder for more realistic showing lighting.

Now we have warm weather in Germany and I can see how shadows and lighting work in reality.

This version pushes the lighting from F1 2015 out of area. F1 2015 is looking older now as F1 2014 and F1 2013. The only thing that is looking better on this game are the better looking cars and the better effects.

Thanxs IGearzone 16 for the big difference in lighting and for the changes on detail. I have pushed now his modifications to the max. :);)
