I have done it again, only this time it is trying to fix the Satsuma engine. The Satsuma is located in the woods by the sewage well near the bottom of the map. It will not start since it has been parked for decades! Worse part is someone tried to steal some parts from it, but did not succeed luckily, so parts are scattered around the area. All the bolts are either totally screwed in or not at all, but I would double check the tires
