I am going to use this resource to rate and advise on all your resources. I have been looking at your work and appreciate the numerous efforts for designing the helmets and car liveries.
I think you are just starting with this, you are young and experimenting. That is a very good quality, experimenting and showing your work to the public, awaiting their recations.
So now I react, and it's important to take care about the reviews...
first look at your car, especially this P1 and the 458. I notice the design is broken up over different parts of the car, and the lines are not matching up. That means you painted the whole design over the template of the car. As the template has been split up in parts, this is not the way to go in long term for painting but it does help you understand how a template works.
You got the basics, like I started out (I did this too in the beginning) but now you need to focus on the skills. The next step is to start painting the template in such a way that all lines match up nicely on every part of the car. Do not use this P1 livery to do that, it will be too hard and frustrating. Take your 458 Tricolore and try to adjust the striping of the bumper so that all lines fit exactly to the hood. You will see how much the design improves instantly.
This is a skill you FIRST need to address and then move on experimenting and finding out what style you want to be recognized for.
Maybe have a look at my designs (see website in my signature) , not boasting just trying to help a starter designer.
I think you might have potential and passion to make this work.
