Just some tweaks this time. Mostly just wanted to fix the broken LUT... but there were a couple things to adjust while I was in there so here we go.

Changelog:
  • adjusted vehicle inertia
  • reworked lateral aero configuration
  • tweaked some tire values slightly
  • fixed tire wear LUT issue in the Chevy car (thanks THRacing)
  • adjusted default setups in both versions to suit
Time marches on and enough small changes have finally added up to a pretty major update to these things. The cars haven't really changed, but we keep learning more about the game engine and this version brings both versions up to speed with all of the little things we're doing in 2021.

I've also taken the opportunity to prefix the folders with "ag_". This does mean that all of your old times and records will be lost (apologies) but as the car is substantially different now (tires = big change) they were sort of going to be irrelevant anyway. Now was the time if ever, and it's much easier to navigate my cars folder now so you'll just have to bear with me. :roflmao:

Changelog:
  • entirely new custom tires
  • adjusted vehicle inertia (sprung mass only)
  • adjusted engine inertia (thanks @mclarenf1papa )
  • adjusted front unsprung mass (not a strut, it was just wrong)
  • recalculated brakes with proportioning valve LUT
  • removed brake bias adjustment in setup
  • slightly more accurate location for drag fins
  • adjusted AI fuel consumption
  • some minor tweaks to suspension settings
  • folder name change (for my own organizational needs)

Installation:
Since the folder names have changed there's really no compatibility issue with previous versions of the car. Simply install these and delete the old ones at your convenience. Or don't. You do you.
Next one in the queue - bringing this one up to AC2020 spec. There might be another update to come later this year, I'm planning to pick up an additional book on the car this fall and with any luck there will be some new (to me) data in there. For now, though...

Changelog:
  • adjusted various inertias
  • recalculated brakes
  • added fins for aero drag @ yaw
  • completely overhauled tires
  • adjusted fuel consumption
  • new engine texture for the Ford cars (thanks Andy)
  • updated skins (thanks again Andy)
  • probably some other stuff, idk
Ok folks, here's hoping this is the last update. Obviously if we get any further AC updates that necessitate a change, I'm on it... and if Amplified updates the GT40 sounds, I'll incorporate that into this package too. But let's call this 1.0 and hope for the best. :D

Changelog
:
  • fixed errors in log from aero.ini (thanks @mclarenf1papa )
  • added Tero Corvette livery (thanks again @Andy-R )
  • added new soundbank to the Ford car (thanks @Amplified )
  • removed obsolete sound banks from sfx folders
  • adjusted Ford car's rear spring rate
  • tweaked tires for AC v1.15
  • fixed Lola logo displaying incorrectly in Kunos UI
With Goodwood Revival week almost upon us the time feels right to update the Lola. This installment brings fixes, updates, refinements, and a second car, this one powered by the smaller, lighter, but less powerful Ford small block V8.

Changelog
:
  • fixed aerodynamic drag
  • fixed manual shift/autoclutch combo not lifting for upshifts
  • added adjustable, animated front and rear spoilers
  • added optional round fender mirror
  • added Ford-powered step version
  • added 15 new liveries
  • separated Ford and Chevy liveries into their correct places
  • fixed this and that on many of the skins
  • updated hi-res Lola logo
To-do List:
  • new sound for Ford version
  • adjustable spring rates F/R
  • re-size logo file so it doesn't wreck the Kunos UI
  • fix that one thing I forgot
