Takeoff to the 0.3

Hi!
After two years of absence (life has decided this) I come back and decide to update my track.
Today we switch to beta 0.3, the main changes are the activation of sidewalks and shadows.
That's all for now, I'm working on cameras and a line for the AI.

Hi I make an update to allow network play
There is no collision with the wall in this verssion.
I expect more back to turn them on.
But the update will have to come quickly.
