Added plates with minor corrections and filed under districts.

I have added a few plates and filed the plates under the districts or cities from where the plate was registered. Any alignment issues should have been corrected here.

Alignment problems worked on and a couple of additional plates.

Update your folders within the skin folder with these updates by deleting the old number plate files and replacing with the Plate_D.dds and Plate_NM.dds with the relevant license number of your choice.
