You need to update the garage stuff using ERP achiver. Garage walls are located in common_sponsors_2016.erp which is located at F1 2016/asset_groups/environment_package/tracks. This updates the files in the erp and mipmaps. I know this from my Williams mod! If you release the file as a DDS and then users can update it the way I have said and it will work perfectly! Great car btw, awesome as always! Many thanks!
