Just a play by renaming the fonts files so you can choose fonts styles in osd and menu. Tested in English language version only so may corrupt games in other language versions. Just replace the included original files if fonts are corrupted. It did not corrupt my saved games but make backup just in case.
Personally prefer the bold and slim option for clearer osd and menu. Regular only option is the least clear.
I have not found the way to adjust the size and position of osd display.
