Added 4K and 2K options and other small fixes

Also corrected Ocon's number
Please delete '034_Force_India' from the skins folder

Edit: In 'Black Shark Fin Upgrade' I forgot to change the file so it won't overwrite correctly. Simply change the file name to '031_Force_India' before overwriting.
