REQUIREMENTS: Custom Liveries Tool 0.98 by crowtrobot:

Installation instructions:

Make a new folder inside the pCARS root and name it "Custom Liveries F1 2016"
Run the Custom Livery tool. Select formula a
Remove all original drivers using the arrow button
Load and add my F1 2016 liveries one by one using the arrow button
Select all and press Assign Liveries
Press the Export button, Export them to the folder you made in step 1

Check the following folders, there should be 22 items inside each of them!! All items ending with 1.7

pCARS - Custom Liveries F1 2016 - vehicles - textures - CustomLiveries - formula_a
pCARS - Vehicles - Textures - CustomLiveries - formula_a

dont get your hopes too high on this one... career isnt working and even in custom single player races you not see the real driver names.So its basically impossible to play a f1 championship, even if you wanted to calculate the leaderboards consistant outside of the game.So what you get is formula 1 skins in single races without any consitancy.Still good in what it does no question, but all in all a liitlebit of a let down for me, who bought the game yesterday to enjoy a more or less kinda engaging formula 1 championship with the actual rally stars :((

those limitations have to do with the game modding possibilities, I only provide the liveries. Thanks for the review

The skins are very good , but with the mod i cant do a career mode because i deleted the car which i supposed to drive is there away that i can replace the cars instead of delete the cars and then add them. I have more problem, the problem is that i can only drive as Daniel Ricciardo, this isnt a really big problem since Ricciardo is one of my favourite drivers, but i would love to drive as magnussen or palmer.

Career mode: That seems to be an issue related to the Custom Liveries Tool 0.98 which I didn't make, I only provide the skins!
As for your second issue, when you install everything correctly you should be able to choose all the skins, not only Riccirardo.

It always crashes when i want to "assign liveries"
