I am up with Darkelf1 with Intermediate and full wet and if you could do the textures on rubber would be amazing :)

Love this so much, but I lost access to the soft tyres, can anyone help?

The soft tyres are the default of the car, so if you want back the soft texture you just have to delete the tyre.dds and the tyre_blur.dds that you added to the skin folder
