3.0: Auto update for faster hotfixes and features

Hi! This update brings a new system for delivering new version of Epic Race without any user interaction. If you don't want it, you can simpy disable it in EpicRace.ini

EPIC Race BETA2.1

- added loop leader option (default is disabled)

Now EPIC Race can support race engineers voices. Just make a SoundPack and post it in support page. I'll add them in the next new update
