NEW REVIEW! after realizing that you need to use the weather mod as well . this is very good filter and makes game look more photo realistic ,but this affect is done with the other .ini files included, not so much the filter as other filters look as equally as good , but overall i recommend this mod if you want to vastly improve the look of the game. well done 6 stars
