Fixed tire problems when the low polygon.
And revive SAFETY21 and BRIDE logo of interior that had gotten off.
The detail up a small part of the logo.
This problem does not occur in the player car.
This problem is there in the distance a car, occurs when low polygon model is selected.
In low polygon model looked like the texture of the side wall of the tire is being used in the tread of the tire.
So, I have to change the position of the logo depicting the tire. Problem has disappeared.
