Short Backstory:
"BMW has been involved in Formula One in a number of capacities since the inauguration of the World Drivers' Championship in 1950, and now they are officialy coming back to F1. The news actually shocked the whole F1 world, everybody thought it's just a duck news until the official news came out because BMW performed well in DTM and previously Motor sport boss Jens Marquardt declared to the major German publisher Funke-Mediengruppe: "Formula one does not fit in with our strategy." The german carmaker bought the Williams team up, and their biggest target will be to win the championship ahead of the other two german team, Mercedes and Red Bull Audi." a German Magazine, 2021
