Fixed Michelin logos front

Bit stupid but I only just noticed the Michelin logo's at the front were not really displaying well. So I fixed the skin and the _map file since logo's get a special shading treatment in my skins. Still don't know why Kunos doesn't put more time into the _map files, helps a lot with real look of the liveries.

BMW M3 E30 DTM - Martini Skin [fixes]

I discovered a few errors in the _map file which causes f.e. the fuel cap to shine differently than the other parts of the car. This together with some minor errors in the normal skin are fixed in this version.

If you discover more things, please let me know.
