BMW E30 M3 - Castrol BMW Belgium 1.3

One livery I always thought was missing from Racedeparment. I have imported the livery from Dirt 4. Added specular since it's not possible at the moment to export Dirt 4 specular maps.

Edit 1.1: Added white and gold stripes.
Edit 1.2: Added the emblem on the bonnet, improved white and gold lines.
Edit 1.3: Added Manx Rally and other small details.
