Audi 90 IMSA GTO 5-speed gearbox 2

5-speed gearbox for the Audi 90 IMSA GTO mod from DRD-mods.

These are the changes I made:

I made the config for myself, and tried to approximate the gear ratios from pCARS. Maybe someone else wants to drive the IMSA GTO with a 5-speed configuration and finds this convenient.
