cool. it appears the wav files are not in a (.bank) so no sound. id do it myself but im not sure what program i need

A great variation in race car content :-) Very pleased to see this kind of work and quality in AC by pro modders. If I find the time (which will be November) I'll make a (few) skin mods for it.
