2013 Singapore GP Sponsor Update

This is the latest, and "brighter" version (4.0) of this mod.

Changes include:
- Sectors (blue, green, orange) concrete walls made brighter
- Previous versions' "privacy-fence" textures restored to originals
- No changes to Johnnie Walker's boards from version 3.0

Note: The blue, green, and orange concrete walls and fences have been "brightened-up" so restoring the original "privacy-fence" textures enhanced the view. The concrete walls and fences were found in the patchup_ot.pssg file, thanks to the generous guidance given to me in conversation from a community Modding Artist I admire, and I am truly greatful he took the time to communicate with me.

If members don't like the new colors and would want to change them to their own liking, here are the three files (names):

sin_fence_conc_base_a_01_d.tga.dds (blue)
sin_fence_conc_base_b_01_d.tga.dds (green)
sin_fence_conc_base_c_01_d.tga.dds (orange)

2013 Singapore GP Sponsor Update Version 3.0

This version rids the track of the ugly YourSingapore board. :ninja:
Replaces it with two Johnnie Walker textured boards (see screenshot).

- Backup your files first
- Copy the unzipped tracks folder to your f1 2012 folder.

2013 Singapore GP Sponsor Update Version 2.0

This is a revised version of 2013 SingTel Singapore GP Track Update.
(Final) Edit: There may be other versions uploaded soon (with Johnnie Walker boards, and more).
Changes from previous Sponsor Update Version 1.0:

- Swapped Fly Emirates & ROLEX boards (Special thanks to @Barnes for kind permission.)
- Enhanced SingTel podium to reflect RL (As much as possible.)
- Modified YourSingapore Board (can't make it single, though). :(
