GRID 2: IndyCars Race Towards Release
Have you always had a sweet spot for oval racing? Or do you prefer regular road courses? Whatever your answer to that question may be, there is some good news up ahead!
As soon as May 28th, GRID 2’s Indycar series will take you and your friends to the track where you can battle it out with just inches to spare. If you fancy a real challenge, you will be happy to know that the Indycars will not be bound to just oval racing. In GRID 2, you can race any car on any track as you wish. Combined with LiveRoutes™ this much asked-for feature will provide us with an almost endless amount of possible combinations to race.
Fans of the TOCA series will once again be able to experience the speed and sensation the updated Dallara DW12 Indycar will bring, along with the re-introduction of the popular touring cars from the original GRID. In addition, drifters, muscle car fans and GT fans are also set to see enough content to make their hearts beat considerably faster. If you are looking for a personal touch to your vehicle, the new tuning/upgrading system will allow you to customize your car to your hearts’ extent.
As the release date draws ever so closer, RaceDepartment is ready to fire up the GRID 2 Racing Club where we will organise weekly races right from the moment of launch. If you and your friends are looking for a fun and most of all a friendly and respectful place to race, look no further! Whether you’re as fast as lightning or not, you are welcome to race with us and enjoy the competition on track. Make sure you apply for a free license by visiting the forums so you can sign up for our first events!
