GTL Racing Club This Week / 05
A change to the normal schedule in the GTL Club this week, as we have 2 races – but only one (Thursday) is a normal Club Race. What replaces Tuesday’s Club Race I hear you ask? Well…
We kick off the new RDHCS Season with our traditional Tuesday Testing Event – this time it’s 2 sessions around Magny-Cours National and Vairano. It’s also the largest field of vehicles that our drivers have to choose from, containing Shelby-tuned Mustangs, snarling V12 Ferrari 250′s, serene E-Type Jaguars and frisky Alfa Romeo GTA Jnrs to name less than half of the field.
On Thursday, we go off to Connecticut and the (semi) fictitious Lime Rock Mountain circuit, and renew the rivalry between the nimble and precise Opel GT, and the lairy and brash Escort RS2000. Both are great drivers cars, and the circuit is a proven classic. Should all work out nicely.

… ITS THE FIRST DAY OF THE NEW GT LEGENDS LEAGUE..
big thanks to Stuart and Knut for making this happen..
Took both the Opel and the Escort out on Lime Rock today and boy are these cars close. My fastest times were 0.1 seconds apart!
They might be similar pace wise, but they are very different beasts in the driving department.
