F1: Nürburgring Confirmed

A few hours ago the location of the 2013 German Grand Prix has been confirmed and it will indeed be held at the Nürburgring, as intended, instead of the Hockenheimring. The Ring has been in financial troubles for quite some time but now that the situation is a lot more clear (see this post) it is safe to plan ahead. The race is going to be held in early July, so almost exactly 6 months from now.

Couldn’t agree more – losing Nürburgring and Spa from the F1 calendar would be too much!
