I want to enter.
I never really dream about being a trucker, but I like that you are being on the road all day, eat something, sleep in your truck and do the same next day. The exploring of the cities is really nice! Also truck driving seems to be rather relaxing
I did want to be a truck driver, no joke. My pop’s was one and when i was in the army, that was my trade, boyhood dream come true. Well, almost, got MDed through injury
Easy Answer: You can explore many countrys and cities, thats the biggest plus i think.
And the challange of manouvering a big truck in a small city is a challange that doesn’t make the job boring.
Oh and i forgot the most important thing: You have these cool signs

It wasn’t my big dream, because that was to become a f1 driver
But i new a guy who was a trucker for a livin’. It’s such a cool thing. I was with him oround in europe. Denmark-Italy Italy-Scotland and then back to denmark. It was a very nice week, and to do it yourself would be great.
I IN
weil ich einfach mal das Gefühl haben möchte wie es als Trucker so ist
own the the first one was ok but this new one looks brill. I always wanted to be a truck for Stobart after the old man but never made it.

I bet everyone would like to drive 500bhp beast and get paid for it. Also I like that freedom when you are traveling around. That’s so cool and it’s the reason why I have played most of the games from Hard Truck II. Trucking for the win!
One pic = 1000 words
am just going to let the pic speak for itself

The freedom of the open road. The fact that no 2 days are ever the same, who would not wish for that in life. A new day, a new adventure on the road
The thought of being out on the open road and seeing sites and cities across the uk and Europe that others could only dream off. Here I am 22yrs later still loving my trucking !!!
When I was younger I traveled to a heap of different cycling carnivals each year. Every time we’d stop at a servo I’d always take a peep at the nudie magazines…I thought to myself, man if I was a trucker this would be THE LIFE!

When I was younger I had to move from Poland to Ireland. The car we used was a small Opel Corsa, Then I began thinking how cool it would be to move all around Europe with something bigger, go all over Europe seeing all those beautiful cities. Also I thought how cool is that, you’re driving a massive vehicle all over the place and you even get payed for it!
My father was a Truckdriver, my both brothers were Truckes ,my nephew is a Truckerdriver but nor me .I am a service engineer .I can mnake my father in heaven prood of me when I play a Truckersim insteed
Being a truckdriver has to be amazing. You travel all around europe, with cargo that has to be delivered without any damage, so basically truckdrivers have a huge responsebility. Without them, we wouldn’t have food, clothes and what not in the shops!
RESPECT
when i was a kid, and the bin/rubish truck passed by my grandparents house (we stayed there in summer in eivissa) i always run out of the house to see it !! i didnt care the smell i wanted one day to be the person driving that orange strange truck that fascinated me, my mother always laughed when she listened the truck arriving and me running out to check it with amusement…
dont ask me why…i just loved it
: )
i would love to do some long rutes with this game looks amazing !!! with real cities wow !
cy on the road !!! honk honk !!!
I wanted to be truck driver as my big brother used to take on the road with him in his artics when I was a little boy. Gr8 days
Nah I’ll join but I don’t feel I’m gonna win… I never win stuff
When I was young, I knew and admired a few truck drivers here in the USA and they were/are some of the manliest men I ever met. I now design lettering and graphics for trucks on a daily basis and have done business with many of the people and corporations in the industry. I eat, sleep and dream "Trucks" and have always wanted to travel around Europe – this simulator would be the perfect way to marry the two.
well did actually i wanted to be a truck driver (for a few weeks
) – but i wanted to specifically drive the trucks that carried diggers and large machinery- as they were so cool!
I always loved the thought of having a tan on one arm
My dad drove for Texaco when I was a kid so I always was interested in being a trucker. To this day am fascinated with how these guys drive these everyday.
I would like to win, as my daugher just love to drive these things.
She just loves to do a parking manouvers or do precision driving at tight spots.
How’s that for just being a small girl.
I think parallell parking won’t be an issue when she will take the drivers lincense.
I think I need to build her an own rig so that I can get my own time behind the wheel..
Well, I am still young so I could still change my mind about dreaming about it
After all, I do have an excuse. *F1 madboy* :roflmao:
Breaker 1-9, breaker 1-9, this heres the Rubber Turkey, south bound and down, remembering back to when I was a boy n’ dreamin’ of drivin’ one of these big rigs across the continental known as Europe. I did get my chance, but Sheriff ‘Dirty’ Lyle put paid to that by blowing up my precious truck and leaving me for dead. I still yearn for the good ole days on the road again. 10-4 good buddies. Over and out.
I’m sorry but I couldn’t resist!
My father was a trucker so when I was a little boy I always dreamed of becoming a trucker. I always thought it was so cool to master such enormous (everything looks enormous when you are 7 years old)machines. Somehow I got off that path en became a mechanical engineer but every time I see a big truck I always wonder if I missed out something.
I wanted to be a trucker just to spend all day honking the horn :roflmao:
I was a truck driver:) still got a bann in France:))
Why i wanted, since i was a kid i like driving and trips ,the most cheap whey to visit Europe was by truking…:)GO Mercedes
I would like to enter on this one.
I can be a truck driver….
I will grab a can, roll a smoke, talk on my phone and steer with my **** :roflmao:
"Snowman, you got your ears on?"
Insert " East Bound and Down " tune
I forgot to add, I loved Smokey and the Bandit when I was a kid, since then I liked the thought of boot leggin across the states with a Basset hound for a passenger. (love them dogs)
looks awesome, graphically! count me in ;¬)
Well, I have an uncle who is a truck driver, and he was often taking me with him for a ride. It was great experience. It looks like you just can’t escape from the trucks
. And also, who wouldn’t like to be a truck driver:) ? And who says that I don’t want to be one now, huh? :roflmao:
Country roads……..taking me home to the place I belong. West Virginia, mountain momma. Take me home, them country roads.
Listening to country music all day……..shifting that big rig up to 75………killing protitutes…….great times to be had behind the wheel.
Lol
I don’t just dream, I make dreams come through
Been a truck driver for a while. Enjoyed it, but figured I could get better pay doing something else, so I did
.
Would be a nice flashback to try this on the PC.
I always dreamed of driving a large supply truck for Denny’s restaurant chain.
seems like i could do whatever i wanted
Come on, who hasn’t ever dreamed of being a Trucker?! First time I saw "Smokey and the Bandit" when i was 8 yrs old I was hooked! Then the American TV show "BJ and the Bear" came along and I knew driving cross country with a monkey side-kick was my destiny! lol Unfortunately, when I got older, after a few "minor" incidents, I realized I was not cut out to drive anything larger than a Ford escort. Oops! But now I can crash all day long in the safety of my own home, thanks to ETS2!! I might even get up the confidence to try out my brother’s F-350 pick-up!
Well, I did vote for this on Steam Greenlight already:thumbsup: , can’t "like" it as I dont have/want a F*c*book account  and TBH I never wanted to be a real truck driver as a kid.
) until my mom locked away my MSX computer because of it
I DID want to play truck sim games when I was a kid though, anyone here remember the ’80s game "Payload"? Played it for days (and nights
Sice nowadays my mom’s no longer watching, and I never got around to getting a real truckers license, I really wouldn’t mind winning this compo.
What do you mean when I was a kid? I’m STILL dreaming of becoming a truck driver
Well, first, when I was 2-3 years old, I wanted to be a police, or an ambulance driver, just to drive as fast as I could. Then, I understood that F1 had to be the dream.
But, as so many others, after watching Smokey & The Bandit as a child (and numerous times later). It just looks so cool to be a truck driver. Having the unique truck-driver bond!
)
(Not talking about fatty burgers at McDonalds!
I Want to Enter so that i can travel from track to track for the 2013 FSR Season that was a funny one by the way but i do need it
When I was a kid there was a eddie stobart truck yard which was next to the spillers flour mill on the wirral UK, and I’d always wanted to drive a truck from then, I currently own 18 steels of wheels and euro truck and the new euro truck 2 would be a dream come trus such a great looking game.
I loved the idea of just driving for hours and hours escaping from all of your problems with music playing. Driving into the sunset listening to 30 Seconds To Mars and drinking a can of sprite sounded perfect..and this was only last year!
One of my first jobs, after I got my drivers licence at 16, was to drive a big, old dump truck for my girlfriend’s dad’s company. I sure felt powerful and sat way above the normal cars on the road. Problem was it was slower than an aged donkey and all the slick, slim rigs passed me like I was standing still…and they were hauling full loads
Was I ever envious. Never did get to drive one of those rigs but got to travel a few times in my son-in-laws. I was still envious, 50 years later. Finally an rFactor mod appeared that allowed me to drive and RACE these monsters in the comfort of my home office. I was a happy simmer!
Winning a copy of Euro Truck would allow me to while away some of those rainy, winter evenings, here on the BC coast.
if only we could do this online together and on TS, oh boy i would hire myself as a second job
Same!! Surely you must be able to start a virtual truck company in it and have drivers as real people
We got a big ol? convoy rollin? through the night.
Yeah, we got a big ol? convoy: ain’t she a beautiful sight?
Come on and join our convoy, ain’t nothin? gonna get in our way.
We gonna pull this convoy ?cross the USA.
Convoy.
is`nt it obvious i wanna be the rubber duck
I would enter, but i’m not on Facebook, nor will i ever be. My reasons are many and will bore you all to tears. Essentially, i wouldn’t mind a game where i can just drive around in something the size of a apartment block, but i won’t win, because the requirements are dumb
What kid doesn’t want to drive a nice, shiny new truck? Growing up in italy, it took me a long time to discover the great TIR trucks that drove the northern european roads but when I did they became an obsession.
Matter of fact, if someone gave me the job today, to drive a TIR around Europe, I would take it. The commute from the USA would be hell, but I’d love to drive those beasts around the European roads.
logistics logistics logistics where would we be without it ……
When I was a kid, I lived among the military. Therefore, I have dreamed of becoming a military. And the game I really like. Respect! Thanks for this giveawaz abd this chance! Best Regards.
Military? Truck driving game? So you wanted to join the military to drive trucks?
I saw a modded truck one night when i was a kid and i always thought that it would be cool to own one for myself one day. Then i realised how i really couldn’t do that job, but maybe virtually cause atleast if i fall asleep at the wheel i am not going to harm anything real!
Travel the world n pick up dirty women
becuase my dad has a industry company and i want to drive for him!
I always wanted to be a truck driver.. The big belly from eating all those Yorkie bars, the one suntanned arm and of course to be in a massive Convoy
I have the big belly from eating all the Yorkie bars but still waiting on the rest ..
That’s a big ten four Rubber Duck
..
I always wanted to be a truck driver after seeing Smokey and the Bandit 2.
I wanted to be a truck driver like the rubber duck in convoy, maybe showing my age here
I never wanted to be a truck driver. I wanted to be a truck. Much like this guy.
My kid dreams of becoming a truck driver!
He became fan of Euro Truck Simulator 2 long time ago.
My dad is a truck driver i want to be one too
and we both would play this game
because its fricken awesome
I really need this game because i am a truck driver in Norway, and i can`t afford this game for another whole month  (man, i need to talk to my boss about some raise) :sneaky:
Trucks are cool. They are also called TIR. Hence why I want to play this game
I hope this is not too late!
I would love be a Truck driver, have done for some time! Recently got a Job with Sainsburys driving the home delivery vans with the hope of getting my HGV license and moving to the HGV part in a couple of years
Of course you dream of becoming a truck driver when you are a child. And astronaut, policeman, pilot, ….
But for me, someone in the family knew a truck driver and I could go with on a tour from Rotterdam to Bordeaux. To get a tanker full of red wine. Unbelieveable experience, one of my dearest memories.
And experiences like that have a big influence: I had a job as truck driver in Berlin, delivering goods in a truck and trailer (try reversing those for fun), and an occasional drive to Cologne on the frozen roads of the DDR.
Oh, and red wine became my favourite drink. In large quantities
my father was killed in a accident.
I got his ruck now.
I drive hool my life.
Again and again .
To be a truckdriver was my gift at my father to puts his tradition further.
i’ve got many troubles with my mom because she always said that i’ve alsow gonna be killed in the traffic.
But i’ll never scared because my father was there to safe my he protect’s me everytime again and again.
I’ve got a kid of 10 years he wants the game .
And he watns to that his father will never dies
Ever since I watched Cars… With Mack (The Truck) That’s when I wanted to be one.
I wanted to become a truck driver coz I love driving a car for hours
so i will give it a try also.
since i was a kid i loved trucks and had big dreams getting a truckdriver.
I love to see different places end earn money with just driving from A to B.
Actually i played a lot of Truck Simulations but none was as good as ETS2.
My son (he is 4 years old) loves to drive trucks also with my streering wheel.
i see me while hes driving
This would be a nice gift for me and my son.
greetings
i just am amazed at how lorry drivers can get trucks round things that most people in cars can not do and they look like beasts on the road
Toys! The first truck horn plus the Jake brake’s (now I know what they are called :O_o: ) I heard drove fear, astonishment, desire and lust many emotions from with in me I never new before @ a very tender age. For with this I would gain respect from the motoring community and pedestrians. Close ratio gears, Field of view and Jake brakes and me would make for a wonder marriage experience. That fear that was place into me by those giants that fear I want to pass on
Believe it are not my toy truck was the start of this dream
does the competition end today
Add me in the comp, I always wanted to be a Truck driver when i was little and i think this is as close as i will ever get to driving a Truck!!!!
That’s the plan.
Very nice giveaway  !! i always wanted to be a truck driver because i love trucks seriously when i go somewhere far away and i see a truck i get so excited that sometimes i even take a picture of it!! and i think its a very good job to be a truck driver good money in it!
I really wanted to be a truck driver when I was little. Driving my racing cars to the tracks! But it never happened, so I stick to truck simulators!
This dream was based on the appeal for the aventure, the liberty to cover miles after miles of asphault, forgeting the speed limits! It represented the possibility to know countless countries, its people and cultures. It ment being free as a bird, traveling troughout the world. To sum it up, to gather thousands of friendships, based in the pleasure of driving.
This game looks mighty good.To bad i dont own a licence to drive this trucks with a trailer.
I can only drive the Truck with no attachmants.Right now i am a van driver, smaller than trucks but still alot of good runs.
On this moment is impossible for me to take the test and renew my licence to be able to hook up a trailer, but if there is someone who wants to take the licence i surely recommend this game or should i say SIM because it looks like its a close thing to the real deal.
the answer is: like kid, i had a dream, to somedrive drive the firefighters truck or the trash truck, because the sound of this trucks are some strong, and at the same time, are most carefull.
waiting win, and driving a volvo truck on game.
To be honest, I am still dreaming to become a truck driver, as my dad were truck driver when I was young. And as well, driving a truck is like your own world, FREEDOM, engine’s roaring, everything, this is my dream to do this..
I was dreaming of becoming a truck driver when I was a kid because my father is a truck driver, so when I go with him on his truck, I would like to be a truck driver too
