Ginetta To Be Included In Project CARS
Legendary British car manufacturer Ginetta just signed an agreement with Slightly Mad Studios to bring some of their current cars into their upcoming game, Project CARS. Founded in 1958 and based in Garforth, West Yorkshire, Ginetta is one of the UKs specialists for sports cars. The company has been building sports cars that have competed in various motorsports series around the world for more than 50 years by now.
For now the following 3 cars will be added to the game soon:
- Ginetta G40 Junior
- Ginetta G50 GT4
- Ginetta G55 GT3
Slightly Mad Studios have very specific plans for those cars at the ready as well.
The three Ginettas have been chosen to blend in perfectly with Project CARS’ career mode as they’ll allow players to gradually work their way up in the world of GT racing.

This is good news.
It seems to me like the UK is a major stepping stone for all drivers who want to get into F1, so including one of the major support series into the game is a must, imho
grrrrrr not happy. Wanted them in AC so bad. Juniors would make for epic sim racing imo.
I don’t think it’s an exclusive?
yay!!!!!
– always wanted to have a go in one as it seems to be one of those cars that just gets ignored with other sims!
Yeh that’s how I read it to, but it might make it less appealing to them if it’s already done. Who knows. Never say never eh?
Also it might arrive as a MOD, I know sometimes MOD quallity is not the best possible but there are also fantastic MODs out there that have nothing to envy from official releases
