Improved crash experience?

Yesterday I upgraded my very old version of BeamNG Drive and I was really impressed to see how realistic and scary the crashes feel from the cockpit view. I know the damage model in AC is almost inexistent, but could we at least have some of the effects we see in Beam NG Drive, such as momentary dizziness, extreme camera shake or fade to black in the worst cases? I guess if those could be implemented with mods.
