How to disable H-Shifter

When I run the configuration tool and assign gear up and down to my floppy paddles it still selects the H shifter of the G27 when driving the Abarth in game.

Any way to disable this?

I'm guessing Settings -> Controller -> Shifter -> uncheck Use shifter.

Nope, still haven't figured out how to get it working. I don't have the H shifter installed with my G27 and i really dont want to attach it only for this car.

Can you guys shift with floppy paddles with this car?

Yes. I just tried the procedure mentioned above, and it's shifting fine.

Maybe your paddles aren't bound to gear up/down?

Yes they are They work fine in all other cars but not in the Abarth

Found it, i never saw that their was a third tab where you have to untick a box. Problem solved. I can drive the Abarteehee again!

How did you fix it I dont have that h shifter so i can only shift with paddles so whenever i shift up and release the paddle it goes back to neautral how do i fix this
