F1 Ferrari 2004 at Spa setup help please!

I just love playing this track in an F1 and try as I might I can't get my lap down from 1.51. I have seen with amazement some guys achieving 1.44's.
I have searched for setup guides and seem to be going in circles (old man syndrome maybe) Could some kind person give me a setup or point me to one please?
I am playing on Steam using content manager.

I can do 1:45 and I'm not a great sim racer. Just reduce the rear wing to get higher top speed after Eau Rouge. Also adjust the drivetrain. Good luck.
