Fix for the glowing phosphortrees in some Finnland stages in RT

Specially in nightstages some single trees in the Finnland Rally seem to glow in a horrible way, when your headlights illuminate them. I tried to get rid of them and made this qick and dirty fix. Not perfect, but much better than before. The problem is, if you tone the colour and brightness down to much, the autumn trees in daystages look dull and nearly b/w, because they use the same texture.

INSTALLATION:
As usual you need Fredizzimos fantasic RT-editor. Make backups of your existing files if you want to have back your phospor trees.
